Guardian should still be available! When I did a roundup of all fic actually in English at the beginning of the month (posted here onsid_guardian) there were 520 stories over 1k in English. But of those not all were complete. So we'd need another 500 or so 1k+ stories in the next... what is it? Three months? Which seems highly unlikely!
