I would love a first time fic for that pairing. Not only first time sex. First kiss, first date, moving in together, stuff like that. Or a fic when the rest of SID team finds out about their relationship.

Some of the other tropes that I like: fake dating, there is only one bed, trapped together.



Shen Wei/Ye Zun/Zhao Yunlan

I love a delightfully complicated relationship between Shen Wei and Ye Zun and I love to read about what would happen if you added Zhao Yunlan to the mix.

Post-canon AU with redemption for Ye Zun would be nice. Or canon divergence AU where someone got to Ye Zun earlier and talked to him. It can include time travel.

This pairing is the exception to “no mundane AU” DNW. I would love no powers AU, when Zhao Yunlan is a regular cop and Shen Wei is just a professor at the university, and Ye Zun is his troublemaking twin brother. Or gangster AU with Ye Zun being a mob boss. Or royalty AU with arranged marriage that ends with threesome.

Bai Chi/Zhao Zhen

I love what little we see about Bai Chi’s relationship with Zhao Jue, that he’s so nice to Zhao Jue, and invites him for dinner with him and Zhao Zhen. What would happen if Zhao Jue accepted that invitation?

When did Bai Chi move in with Zhao Zhen? Did the rest of SCI team find out about that and what was their reaction?



Bai Yutong/Zhan Yao

I love Bai Yutong taking care of Zhan Yao, cooking for him and putting him to bed when he’s sick. So a piece of domestic fluff is always welcomed. Or a first time fic.

I love those flashes of darkness we see in Zhan Yao in the drama. But you can also go into the direction of much darker AU, for instance serial killer Zhan Yao toying with Bai Yutong – the cop that wants to catch him.

Or maybe something about Zhan Yao drawing in secret pictures of him and Bai Yutong together, and then Bai Yutong discovering those drawings by accident.



Zhan Qitian/Zhao Jue

Based on these little bits we saw of them interacting in the drama I headcanon them as exes.

How did their relationship begin?

What if Zhan Yao’s mother died or left, and Zhao Qitian and Zhao Jue raised Zhan Yao together? How would they do that? And would Zhao Jue still turned into the person he was in the drama?



History 3 Make Our Days Count


Lu Zhi Gang/Sun Bo Xiang

I would love post-canon getting married fic, and I have no problem with it happening in handwavey “Yu Xi Gu lives” AU.

Or Sun Bo Xiang taking Lu Zhi Gang to meet his family.

Or someone (Yu Xi Gu or Sun Bo’s friends) noticing the rings and asking them about it.



History 2 Right or Wrong


Shi Yi Jie/Fei Sheng Zhe

I adore their relationship and the family they make with Yo Yo. I would love some domestic fluff, or a future fic with teenage or grown-up Yo Yo.

And since I believe all HIStory dramas are in the same universe, a crossover with History 3 MODC is always welcomed. Maybe Shi Yi Jie befriends Lu Zhi Gang, or Fei Sheng Zhe meets Sun Bo Xiang at the university.



The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty


Ding Rong/Wang Zhi

I love their relationship. I love Ding Rong’s loyalty and devotion. And I love imagining all the conflicted feelings they have to deal with after Ding Rong’s betrayal.

I would love a post-canon fic, either a canon complaint one dealing with Ding Rong’s betrayal, or canon divergence AU when Ding Rong didn’t betray Wang Zhi.

Or a fic about Ding Rong’s loyalty and devotion and how those feelings turned into a romantic love. When and how did Ding Rong start to work for Wang Zhi?

Or Ding Rong/Wang Zhi from Tang Fan’s POV. He’s such a great detective, did he notice anything?



Sui Zhou/Tang Fan

I would love getting together fic, during or post-canon. Or post-canon domestic fluff about the cute little family the make with Dong’er.

Or a fic from the POV of someone close to them – Dong’er or Tang Yu or Pei Huai.
