I have seen the first ep of Not Me, and you're right, its mood is very different from other BLs. I couldn't take it seriously, though, because taking over someone else's life is just so implausible... which I'm sure is going to make me less likely to take the political plot seriously, either. Eh. Ah, well. I think I'll stick it out, though. It is supposed to be very good in several aspects (representation, acting, no non-con).
