Don’t expect me to be coherent since I’m floating on a pink cloud of happiness here.
Spoilers below, but only for Vegas/Pete stuff. I‘m not able to think about anyone else for now. :)
Do I love Vegas/Pete because it’s dark and complicated and fucked up? Yes. Did I enjoy the super fluffy and not at all angsty post-credit scene? Yes, yes, yes. I mean, just look at this cute little family.
A few other thoughts
Veags said “I love you, Pete.” Pete said "I am your pet, aren't I? And I'm hungry now. And you walked out. So I had to come find my owner." ♥ ♥ ♥ It’s Pete admitting what he wants to Vegas. It’s Pete saying “Don’t dare to turn away from me. Take responsibility, because you own me so completely that without I will die.”
Also Pete mercilessly shot a bodyguard of the main family, a guy he knew for sure, just for Vegas. He went completely feral and killed that guy.
I admit they got me there for a while. I did think that Vegas was dead. I wouldn’t mind that much, I love angst, and there’s always fanfic for fix-it scenarios. But I am happy that Vegas isn’t dead, and we’ve got this sweet piece of domestic fluff at the end.
But now I want the 2nd season so much. There are rumors that it could happen and I’m praying here that it will. :)
