That episode was the best. Both Tang Yi and Jack are already so smitten with their cop boyfriends.

That whole impromptu date with Meng Shao Fei – Tang Yi is smiling and says that Shao Fei looks cute in his ridiculous pink shirt. And Shao Fei is so jealous, and so relieved when Tang Yi says the guy he kissed is just a friend (his name is Andy and he’s sweet and teases Tang Yi about Shao Fei, too) and has a boyfriend. And Tang Yi says it all before Shao Fei even asks (not that we would, he just pouts jealously). He can read Shao Fei so well already. And then Shao Fei says that he’s Tang Yi’s half-friend and I almost died from cuteness. I will die when they finally kiss. :D
As for Jack - he cooked for Zhao Zi again and Zhao Zi takes him to his house to eat the food. He is so trusting. :) Jack snoops around and asks a lot of questions. We find out that Zhao Zi is a virgin, he didn’t even have his first kiss yet. Jack will be so many firsts for him. :DDDD They exchange phone numbers and again I die from cuteness.
I haven’t written anything before about Tang Yi’s sister Hong Ye. But she’s an awesome character, too. She’s very protective of Tang Yi and right now she’s very distrustful of Shao Fei, because she sees him as a reason for Tang Yi’s latest misfortunes.
I loved that scene in Tang Yi’s house when Shao Fei says to her that Tang Yi and him are friends and then there's this exchange:
Hong Ye: “You guys are friends?”
Shao Fei: “Yes.” Looks at Tang Yi, when he doesn’t confirm immediately: “Right?”
Tang Yi: “Half a friend.”
And Shao Fei just smiles in triumph and spread his hands, all “aha, told you.”
I also watched a few cast interviews and they are all so adorable. Here are gifs on tumblr of two scenes with Kenny Chen and Andy Bian (Zhao Zi and Jack) – one and two.
