I was at the office yesterday, but from today till Friday I work from home. Next Monday – who knows, we’ll see. Everything is closed until Easter now. And starting tomorrow we will have official travel and movement restrictions in Poland. We’re in the worst period right now, I think, there are around 100 new confirmed cases each day.
I’m trying not to think about that, so here are the things I am thinking about instead.
The Untamed – two more episodes watched, so I’m up to episode 14.
First obligatory mention that Lan Zhan is gorgeous, as always. :)
Jiang Cheng & Wei Wuxian scene at the end of episode 14 was lovely and full of beautiful brotherly love. I think I’m actually starting to like Wei Wuxian a tiny little bit. Please, don’t spoil it again, WWX. But he probably will. :) Because it happened once already in episode 5 when Wei Wuxian was like a puppy around Lan Zhan all “notice me, notice me”. And I thought that he was wearing me and Lan Zhan down at the same time. But then in episode 6 he forced Lan Zhan to drink and I disliked him again.
Crash Landing On You – glamorize North Korea all you want show, I will still watch you and love you. ;) But seriously, the main romance is so compelling and so well-acted by both actors, that I’m willing to forgive the above.
They finally kissed in episode 7 and it was beautiful and intense. And of course then it got instantly complicated again. And I was just sitting there yelling “you love each other, stop pretending you don’t” at the screen. :) I can’t wait to watch episode 9 later this evening.
And now the rec:
Believer – HIStory dramas fanvid on bilibili
It contains clips from Obsessed, Right Or Wrong, Crossing The Line, Trapped and Make Our Days Count.
And finally a pigeon – this is a view from my window today. Pigeons like to fly here and either warm up by the small chimney that you can see in the right upper corner, or have a ride on their “carousel”. :D

That pigeon! LOL! I think that's the first time I've ever found a pigeon adorable in any way, shape or form. ;-)

Oh man, I am totally with you on that. That should never have happened, there is no excuse for it, and I hated it so much.
(I think that it's possibly an Asian thing - not the forcing people to drink in particular, but the forcing people to do things against their will "to loosen them up" in general. I have encountered this in a number of Korean dramas where I also hated it with the heat of a thousand suns, and it was obviously meant to be a harmless, charming, amusing or even *good* thing. ARGH.)

Heh, I generally like pigeons, but yes, the view of them riding those ventilator thingies is super adorable. And this is just a short gif, they usually do that for longer, like 2 - 3 minutes.

Yes, I hated the whole situation and the way it happened. But what made it even worse for me was the impression the show gave me, that I'm supposed to see it as this inconsequential and mostly amusing thing that let Lan Zhan relax for a while.
