Goblin – I’m sorry, fans of Goblin in my circle. 😊 I’m afraid this drama is not for me. I watched four episodes and I found it very boring. Maybe I’ll come back to it one day, but for now I’m deleting it from my to-watch list.


Descendants of the Sun – another drama written by Kim Eun Sook and this time, to my relief, I love it. 😊 I watched the first episode on Tuesday and instantly started the second one. I’ve watched four episodes for now, and I can’t wait to watch more this evening.

Song Joong Ki is wonderful and beautiful, and sexy as the male lead. I adore the female lead Dr. Kang Mo Yeon. Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have amazing chemistry. And I care for the main couple and the secondary couple already.

And oh wow, the bad guy is played by David McInnis, whom I saw in Mr. Sunshine and didn’t recognize at all. He’s so hot here. But that’s probably because of facial hair and evilness. He had neither of those things in Mr. Sunshine. 😊


Sisyphus: The Myth - it started yesterday on Netflix here, but it has to wait, because all I want to watch right now is Descendants of the Sun. Sisyphus: The Myth will have to wait probably even longer, because Vincenzo will be available on Netflix here since May the 1st. So I have just enough time to finish one Song Joong Ki drama before starting the next.


Black Sun – I’ve said before that Nam Goong Min’s new drama started filming, and here are the first two pictures of him as the main character. And he looks good. I hope it will be available on Netflix or VIKI.


Hospital Playlist – the 2nd season is confirmed to air on June 17 in Korea. I wonder when will it be available on Netflix in Poland, but still this is such good news. I loved the 1st season and it’s such a wonderful, optimistic and heartwarming drama. Exactly what I want to watch when RL sucks.

Sisyphus is so damn good. Like one of the best dramas I've ever watched in any language. If you like sci-fi time travel stories, this is fantastic.

I love time travel and that's why I want to watch this drama. And I'm glad to hear you liked it. The opinions I've seen so far were rather negative. It didn't deter me, I'm still going to watch it, but it's nice to know that someone else liked it. :)

Hee, fair enough. I really enjoyed the Goblin and the Grim Reaper flatting together and being cranky and dorky at each other (as well as liking the main pairing), but each to their own. :-)

So glad you're enjoying Descendants of the Sun! Song Joong Ku is JUST SO PRETTY, isn't he?! And the banter is so good!

I hope Namgoong Min gets to smile in Black Sun. ;-)

I did enjoy those scenes (Kim Eun Sooh is good at writing bromance), but they couldn't make up for the boredom I felt while watching the main romance, which didn't work for me at all (and not because of the age gap, I don't care about that). Maybe one day I will try watching it again. For now I have too many things on my to-watch list as it is. :)

Sisyphus is one of my favorites of the year, so I'll be interested to see what you think when you get there.

Please let me know how Vincenzo is. I keep seeing it advertised, but I don't know anyone who's actually watched it yet.

I've seen two eps of Vincenzo, and I'm enjoying it very much, fwiw. (Another show by the same writer is one of my very favourites, so I have high hopes it will stay good.)

That's exactly how I feel about Hospital Playlist! It is so good - I've watched it multiple times especially when RL news got overwhelming. Recently found a whole series of BTS on the making, and it was incredibly enjoyable, especially the part where they auditioned Uju (he is beyond adorable).

After I've heard about the 2nd season I started to plan the re-watch, too. I should have enough time to squeeze it in before the the 2nd season's premiere. :)
