I had to clean up my bookmarks again. So here have a post with links to trailers, fanvids and BTS vids I saved in the last few weeks.
Fanvid: Moonlight Chicken Jim/Wen - If you're ready
BTS vid - also for Moonlight Chicken, for the 1st episode.
It’s so cute and funny. Especially Mix having problems with the cat that really doesn’t want to stay in his lap. And I thought that kitty was so chill when I watched the drama. 😊
And I just have to say that if you want me to watch product placement scenes without fast-forwarding do it the way Moonlight Chicken did it - make it about cat food with beautiful men cuddling a pretty kitty.
Trailers:
Pray in Love - a Taiwanese BL drama. The original title “Qi An” literally means praying for peace in traditional Taiwanese culture. The drama tells the story of a romance between Officer Yuan, a policeman and Xian An, an illegitimate son of the rich Yang family. It looks like an angst fest. But no news when it will air for now.
Our Skyy 2: The Eclipse – the teaser for this week’s episode. I can’t wait.
Star Hunter, the company that made Big Dragon, presented their lineup for 2023. Here are the trailers that caught my attention.
Big Dragon The Movie - a sequel to the drama. It seems there will be flashbacks to how Mangkorn fell in love with Yai, intertwined with the post-drama scenes.
Sunset Vibes - the second MosBank drama. The guys who met through the dating app have a one-night stand, and then they meet the next day as the boss and the intern at the same company. Mos and Bank both look beautiful, their chemistry is great, and it looks like fun, a bit trashy, but entertaining.
Love Senior - a GL drama in university setting. It looks cute, with a lot of fluff sprinkled with a little bit of angst.
True Moon - it looks like a classic rich boy/poor boy antagonists-to-lovers drama. Could be fun.
AcadeX The Movie - a fantasy movie about a school for people with special gifts. It looks a bit of Harry Potteresque. There are four houses and the mysterious annual competition, and one student who’s the most special of them all. But he’s played by Bank, and I like him a lot, so I’m going to check it out. But according to this trailer the movie will not be airing until 2024.

Ah yes, there is not so small dose of angst in Never Let Me Go. There is a happy ending, but it takes a while to get there.
But if I can offer one more rec - if you would like to watch something super adorable, with just tiny little bit angst, with good script and fantastic acting by the whole cast, and if you can accept high school setting, watch My School President. It's such a beautiful, funny and heartwarming drama that made me smile so much each episode.
