Petrichor episodes 9-10
It took me a while to get through the last two episodes, because I found them so weak and disappointing compared to the rest of the drama.
But ok, the last 10 minutes or so with a lot of domestic fluff were nice. Charlotte and Engfa really have great chemistry, and Tun and Ran’s cute couply scenes were nice to watch.
And since we’re talking about Thai GL here are two trailers that caught my eye lately.
The first one looks like an intense, emotional and messy friends-to-lovers romance full of drama and arguing.
The second one is a rivals-to-lovers romance with bodyswap. It looks very cute and funny.
Love Scout episode 12
That was a lovely and touching, and very cute finale. A bit rushed, because this is one of those 12 episodes long dramas that could use two episodes more to flesh out two secondary subplots a bit. But don’t get me wrong, the drama absolutely stuck the landing. It was lovely and it made me smile, and it made my heart all warm. ♥
But these are really just minor complaints. In general I’m very happy with this finale. Villains got appropriately punished, and our lovely heroes and other lovely people around them got their deserved happy endings. I made a lot of aww noises at all those happy couply and friendship scenes, and especially at adorable fluffy domesticity with Eun Ho, Ji Yun and Byeol.
To quote Dramabeans previous review: “Thank you, Show, for showing that it is possible to resolve tragic backstory plots without noble idiocy and unnecessary angst.”
Perfect 10 Liners episode 16
So Yotha/Gun part of the drama is over and we’ll start Faifa/Wine romance properly this Sunday. Yay! I enjoyed Yotha/Gun more than I thought I would and Perth has nice chemistry with Santa, but I feel like New Siwaj did similar relationship dynamic much better in A Boss And A Babe. Or at least I enjoyed it more there.
But I love Junior as Faifa in this drama so much, and I adored JuniorMark in Cherry Magic, so I’m overjoyed to have them as a main couple in the next eight episodes. I just hope that my favorites Klao and Warich won’t disappear completely and we’ll see them from time to time being hot and sexy, and messy together.
I’m obsessed with AouBoom now. I loved them a lot after We Are already, but now we’re talking full on ‘writing fanfic, re-watching their scenes too many times, and watching tons of BTS stuff’ obsession. 😊
So after re-watching all their scene in Perfect 10 Liners too many times, heh, I ended up watching their scenes in Hidden Agenda. I tried watching this drama before but found it so boring that I gave up after two episodes. I started with episode 4 this time, where Aou and Boom appear as a couple for the 1st time. And yeah, in general this drama is still boring to me, and I’m not interested in the main couple at all, so starting with episode 5 I just watched AouBoom scenes and fast-forward through the rest. And I’m glad I did that, because they were great. And so good at kissing, seriously. The proof is behind the cut in the form of two gifs.

I think I’ll do the same with Vice Versa – another drama where they are the secondary couple, which I also tried in the past and gave up after two episodes, because it bored me to death. And then maybe I’ll re-watch We Are.

Spoilers behind the cut.
Mainly because motivation of almost all the people around Tin stopped making sense to me. Tun's the most, and Kawin's, too. I mean, he kept Tin’s secret for 18 years because why? He says because Tin is his friend. But they imply there was something more between them, too. Which I didn’t really see. And fine, I can maybe buy a passionate, deep and obsessive love as a motive for keeping a dark secret like that for so many years. But I wasn’t shown that on screen. And forget shown, it wasn’t even talked about. And I wrote about struggling with Tun’s behavior not making sense earlier, and it didn’t really change here. But ok, the last 10 minutes or so with a lot of domestic fluff were nice. More with minor spoilers here.
They could really use at least an episode for developing the secondary couple a bit more. They were very sweet and adorable together, and I loved them, but yeah, a bit more time would be welcomed. And more importantly Jeong Hoon’s reconciliation with his father definitely needed something more than just one short and tearful conversation. But these are really just minor complaints. Hot kissing here.

It was. I'm very happy that I started watching it, too. And everything you loved about it I loved, too. It was one of those rare dramas that didn't disappoint me with some stupid decision in the middle or with a bad ending. I will absolutely re-watch it in a few years when I will need something uplifting and cute to watch. :)
