Work is exhausting, physically and mentally. It should get better next week, and I want to take a few days of leave in the second half of May. And for now I cope by watching a lot of shows.
I finished Descendants of the Sun a few days ago. In general I liked it, but the last two episodes were kinda disappointing.
( Spoilers here )
I also finished a re-watch of the 4th and the 5th season of Legends of Tomorrow yesterday, just in time for the 1st episode of the 6th season to air. Which I watched today morning and it was wonderful. And to my surprise this time I’m really into John Constantine/Zari Tarazi. Their scenes in the new episode were lovely and gave me a lot of shippy feelings. I even read a few fics and I’ve got one rec:
And Call It Home (2162 words) by little_librarian
Fandom: DC's Legends of Tomorrow (TV)
Rating: Teen And Up Audiences
Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply
Relationships: John Constantine/Zari Tomaz | Zari Tarazi
Characters: John Constantine, Zari Tomaz | Zari Tarazi, Ava Sharpe, Nate Heywood
Additional Tags: Post-Season/Series 05
Summary: Slowly, Zari moves more and more of her things into John’s bedroom. She’s so caught up in finding Sara that she doesn’t think much of it until Lita asks to borrow a phone charger—when Zari says there’s a spare on her shelf, Lita heads straight to John’s room.
And I started History 4 Close to You on Saturday. But, after watching 4 episodes, I have nothing good to say about this drama. I’m so disappointed, I really hoped that I would like it somehow.
Venting with spoilers behind the cut.

And while I wait for Vincenzo to appear on Netflix here (on May the 9th), I was looking for a Chinese drama to watch for a change and I watched two episodes of Joy of Life. Mainly because I really loved Zhang Ruoyun in Medical Examiner Dr. Qin and I wanted to see him in something else. And it’s ok, I guess. I wasn’t instantly smitten, but I enjoyed it enough to want to watch at least a few more episodes.
